Berylls Academy and individual development
Our Academy organizes a combination of training programs involving external and internal trainers, individual self-study courses and online training to create a perfectly balanced structure for personal development. The Academy also strengthens the cohesion between our different divisions as most of our training takes place on a cross-sector basis. However, at Berylls we don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. That’s why our staff also have access to individual coaching and development opportunities.

Berylls Bootcamp
Even if jumping straight in at the deep end can often be successful, we like to offer a warm-up for the induction of junior staff at Berylls – so we launched the Berylls Bootcamp. In their first week our junior colleagues won’t be directly staffed on to a project, but instead will take their first steps in learning what it means to be a consultant. They’ll be equipped with the necessary tools and skills of the trade to enable them to become active project members. They’ll also have an experienced Mentor at their side to support them in their first 100 days.

Mentors and Buddies

 
Even before you start with us, you’ll meet your Mentor and your Buddy. Your Mentor will be an experienced consultant who will be with you every step of the way as you develop and progress at Berylls. Your Buddy will be a younger colleague whose job is to make your induction at Berylls easier. They’ll both be at your side to answer all your questions and sort out anything you are unsure about.

Through facilitating close and regular interaction with your Mentor, we create a structure to support each staff member with their individual needs and aspirations.

Staff development days
Our staff are our most important asset, so we place a strong emphasis on further development. We hold two staff development days every year, when the management team discusses each of our consultants. To achieve this, they cover individual performance in the past six months, possible development areas and coordinated steps to be taken, as well as possible promotion or salary increase. Alongside our consultants’ development, the further development of our support staff is also of great importance. We discuss their performance and development at the end of every year.

How do I submit my application?

Just apply directly via our career page where you can easily upload all the relevant documents.

What documents do I need to submit with my application?
We’d like to get an all-round picture of you, so please send us your covering letter, CV and all relevant work references and degree diplomas, as well as your Abitur/A-level/school leaving results certificate.
How long will it take for me to get a response?
We know how nerve-racking it is to wait for a first response to an application. So we try our best to get back to you as soon as possible – and no one waits longer than two weeks.
Is a rejection final or can I apply again another time?
Apply again, absolutely. We believe not only in second chances, but also in every candidate’s potential for development. In most cases you need to wait at least 12 months before trying again, and sometimes longer. But when you are sure you are ready – then go ahead!
Will I incur expenses if I'm invited for an interview?
No. We will reimburse you for all travel and hotel expenses if you’re invited for interview. Our recruiting team will be happy to help you with your plans.
How long before my possible starting date should I send my application?
We’re growing – very fast – so any starting date is possible. With us there is no definite time period before your starting date.
