COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF LEADING AUTOMOTIVE CONSULTING FIRM, BERYLLS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n\n <\/div>\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t NEW YORK<\/strong> (June 3, 2024) \u2013 Global consulting firm, AlixPartners, today announced the completion of its previously announced<\/a> acquisition of the majority of the operations of leading automotive consulting firm, Berylls.<\/p> The transaction, which closed on 31 May 2024 following the conclusion of a successful regulatory approvals process, will result in the Berylls Strategy Advisors and Berylls Mad Media businesses becoming wholly owned by AlixPartners. Given the strong brand recognition that Berylls enjoys, its specialist service offerings will be taken to market under the banner of \u201cBerylls by AlixPartners\u201d.
