In our recent publication \u201eDealer vs. Agent<\/a>\u201d we have concluded a draw (3:3) between the classic \u201cDealer Model\u201d and the direct sales \u201cAgency Model\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>

Nevertheless, it appears the Agent\u2019s following is growing, not least due to the need to keep track with the cost efficiency of new, direct selling entrants. A desire to reap the benefits of digitalization and to cater to the customers\u2019 expectations when it comes to a premium sales and service experience are other factors.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
